辛璐

辛璐，博士，博士后，现任北京化工大学经济管理学院副教授、中国劳动经济学会职业开发与管理分会理事、美国管理学会（Academy of Management）会员。主要从事职业行为与职业心理学、人力资源管理及创新创业管理等方向的研究，已主持和参与包括国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家社会科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、中国工程院项目等国家级、省部级各类项目14项；在Journal of Vocational Behavior、Frontiers in Psychology、International Journal of Mental Health Promotion、《经济管理》、《中国人力资源开发》等国内外重要学术期刊和国际顶级学术会议发表论文21篇，当前讲授全英文课程Principles of Management and Human Resource和双语课程《绩效管理与考核》。

2020年8月参加在加拿大举办的第80届美国管理学会年会（80th Academy of Management Annual Meeting, AOM），汇报论文How career exploration affects employment outcomes: A two-wave study among Chinese Young Adults 。
