IntroductionXinlu is currently a Associate Professor at the School of Ecnomics and Management at Beijing University of Chemical Technology. She was awarded her PhD from the School of Labor and Human Resources at Renmin University of China. Her research focuses on career development, organizational behavior, and innovation management. Her major research is concerned with career success. Her work has been published in Journal of vocational behavior, Frontiers in Psychology, International Journal of Mental Health Promotion and some other business journals. In leisure time, she enjoys movies and music.
