个人简介
见习副教授,硕士生导师,北京市青年托举人才。2013年获得北京化工大学工学硕士,2018年获得北京化工大学工学博士,2017年-2018年美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学访问学者,2019年-2021年在上海交通大学从事博士后研究。荣获2019年度上海交通大学“晨星博士后激励计划”、2022年北京市优秀本科生毕业论文指导教师。在Adv Sci,Biotechnol. Adv、Bioresource Technol, Sci Total Environ,等期刊发表第一或通讯作者SCI论文30余篇,其中热点和封面论文1篇;主持国家自然基金青年项目、国家重点研发子课题等3项国家级项目。

研究领域
以低值生物质资源化/高值化为目标,应用合成生物学、生物信息学等技术,聚焦微生物单菌和多菌细胞工厂的设计与应用研究,实现生物质向生物能源、生物基化学品等高效合成。具体如下: (1)全基因组尺度代谢网络模型理性设计 构建并优化全基因组尺度代谢网络模型,整合复合约束提升模型模拟精度,分析代谢调控靶点和途径改造策略,理性指导细胞工厂的设计与构建。 (2)高性能微生物单/多菌细胞工厂构建 基于代谢网络模型构建与模拟设计,结合代谢工程与合成生物技术,开发高性能微生物单/多菌细胞工厂,实现非天然氨基酸、生物基材料单体等产品的高效合成。
