个人简介
冯越教授长期聚焦微生物与宿主免疫系统互作这一研究领域并开展系统性研究,基于噬菌体-细菌宿主以及病原微生物-人类宿主这两组密切相关的微生物-宿主体系,深入研究了微生物拮抗宿主免疫系统的分子机制,揭示了噬菌体抑制细菌 CRISPR-Cas 免疫系统,包括对其免疫识别和免疫清除两个过程的抑制机制,以及病原对人体免疫系统相关蛋白的修饰及活性抑制机制。冯越教授系统性的工作以通讯作者(含共同)身份发表在《Nature》(2 篇)、《Cell》(2 篇)、《Mol Cell》(3 篇)、《Nat Chem Biol》(3 篇)、《Nat Commun》(2 篇)等杂志。 冯越教授主持国家自然基金委优秀青年科学基金(2021 年 12 月结题)、面上、青年项目等,主持国家重点研发计划课题及子课题各一项。冯越教授曾获多项荣誉与奖励,包括全国青年岗位能手(2020)、青年北京学者(2024)、霍英东教育基金会第十九届高等院校青年科学奖(2024)、北京市优秀青年人才(2020)、中华医学科技奖二等奖(2024)、中国十大新锐科技人物(2018)、北京市科技新星(2019)、北京高校青年教师教学基本功比赛优秀指导教师奖(2023)等。在人才培养方面,实验室研究生先后有10 人获得北京市优秀毕业生荣誉称号,6 人获得研究生国家奖学金,1人获得北京化工大学校长奖及北京化工大学博士研究生校长奖学金,指导本科生获得北京市普通高校优秀本科毕业设计(论文)等荣誉。
