IntroductionYao Qingxin, male, associate professor, Beijing University of Chemical Technology. In recent years, the main research work has been carried out in the field of in situ supramolecular assembly to construct functional nanomaterials, and certain innovative achievements have been made in construction of in situ supramolecular nanomaterials, which were used for targeted drug delivery. (1) Using the abnormal physiological conditions of the lesion, especially the high expression of enzymes and reactive oxygen species, the functional biomaterials with lesion selectivity were constructed by in situ supramolecular assembly technology; (2) Elucidating the micro-dynamic structure of in-situ constructed biomaterials and their interactions with biomacromolecules or suborganelles, providing a basis for the molecular design of materials; (3) Explore the carrier function of in-situ construction of biomaterials, achieve targeted delivery and controllable activation of drugs, and demonstrate safe and effective tumor diagnosis and treatment strategies. As the first or corresponding author, we have published more than 11 research papers including Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Biomaterials, etc., and obtained 7 national invention patents. We are supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, and the China Postdoctoral Science Fund.
