个人简介

姚庆鑫,男,北京化工大学副教授。近年来主要研究工作围绕原位超分子组装构建功能生物材料领域开展,在靶向纳米材料的原位构建方法及其在药物靶向递送等方面,取得了一定创新成果:(1)利用病灶异常生理条件,特别是高表达酶、活性氧等,通过原位超分子组装技术构建具有病灶选择性的功能生物材料;(2)阐明原位构建生物材料的微观动态结构,及其与生物大分子或亚细胞器的相互作用,为材料的分子设计提供依据;(3)探索原位构建生物材料的载体功能,实现药物的靶向递送与可控激活,展示了安全有效的肿瘤诊疗策略。第一及通讯作者发表研究论文12篇,包括Nature CommunicationsAdvanced MaterialsACS NanoBiomaterials,获得国家发明专利7项。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、北京市自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、第12批中国博士后科学基金特别资助
