Introduction

Learning Experience:

Graduated from the Institute of Semiconductors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2018 with a 

PhD in microelectronics and solid-state electronics, and then joined the National Institute of 

Materials Science and Technology of Japan and Nagoya

University for postdoctoral studies.


Work Experience:

In January 2021, joined the College of Mathematics and Physics of Beijing University of Chemical 

Technology as an associate professor.


Research Field:

1. Growth and device research on wide bandgap semiconductor materials 

 (aluminum nitride, boron nitride, etc.);

2. Research on flexible wearable electronic devices.
