个人简介


学习经历:

2018年毕业于中科院半导体所,取得微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,随后加入日本国立材料研究所和名古屋

大学进行博士后深造。


工作经历:

2021年1月加入北京化工大学数理学院,担任见习副教授。


研究领域:

1、宽禁带半导体材料(氮化铝、氮化硼等)的生长和器件研究;

2、柔性可穿戴电子器件研究。
