Introduction
He received his Ph.D. and B.S. degrees from Beijing University of Chemical Technology(BUCT), and was a visiting scholar at Southern Illinois University, USA. He is an associate research fellow and master's supervisor at the College of Humanities and Law, BUCT. He currently serves as the deputy director of the President's Office, and previously served as the deputy director of the Office of Planning and Discipline Construction,BUCT.
