Introduction

Liu Yong, January 1970, Associate Professor
Main research areas: Physical Education, Sports Industry. National-level referee in athletics, having undertaken refereeing duties for the Beijing International Marathon and the Beijing University Athletics Games multiple times. Serves as a committee member for several branches of the Beijing University Sports Association, including Rugby, Biathlon, and Yoga.

Positions Held:

2004-2007: Director of the Sports Department
2007-2015: Director of the Venue Center
2015-Present: Director of the Sports Department
2009-2016: Inspector at the Anti-Doping Center of the General Administration of Sport of China

Having dedicated 31 years to the frontline of sports at the university, I have consistently adhered to the educational philosophy of “educating people through sports” throughout my teaching career. I continuously strive for innovation and reform in physical education, and the expanded courses I teach have become some of the favorite sports classes among students.
