Introduction

Associate  professor and Ph.D. of the School of Humanities and Law, Beijing  University of Chemical Technology. As the main lecturer of undergraduate  courses such as Sports Management, Sports Scientific Research  Methods, Fundamentals of Management, and Sports Psychology. As the  project leader, presided over two provincial and ministerial-level  projects and one horizontal project of Ninebot. Presided over formulating one national standard and one industry standard.  Participated in six provincial, ministerial and national-level projects.  Solely authored one item and participated in compiling four items.  Published 11 papers and research reports. Among them, China Boxing  Sports Standard, Research on the Health Efficacy of Segway self-balancing scooter Products, and Monopoly and Innovation - New Economic Analysis of  Contemporary Professional Sports are representative achievements. In  terms of social part-time jobs: Nationally certified psychological  counselor; review expert of the National Sports Colleges and  Universities Sports Industry Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service  Platform; member of the standard formulation committee of the Chinese  Boxing Association.

Awards

From  February 2008 to July 2008, I was included in Chongqing's “Thousand  Outstanding Talents Introduction Plan” and served as the deputy director  of the Sports Bureau of Banan District, Chongqing (temporary position).  (During this period, I organized experts to carry out psychological  intervention work after the Wenchuan earthquake and was commended by the  organizational department.)

Guided  students to win the third prize in the 2018 National Sports Industry  Competition; guided many college students' innovation and  entrepreneurship projects, and two of them won the national level;  guided students to win two competition awards; won one provincial and  ministerial-level bronze medal (in the 2022 “Youth Innovation Beijing”  and “Youth Power for Winter Olympics” special competition); and many  times guided the school's rugby team to participate in competitions  organized by the Beijing University Students Sports Association and win  awards.
