Kangruixin

Kang Ruixin, a member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from Beijing Normal University with a master's degree in education. He is currently the head of the School of International Education, the secretary of the Youth League Committee, and the contact person for student Party building. He has won many honors, such as Advanced Worker of Beijing Social Practice, Excellent Counselor of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Most Popular Counselor of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and second prize of the third Counselor Quality and Ability Competition of Beijing University of Chemical Technology. He taught courses such as Situation and Policy, Academic Development Guidance, and Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance for College Students.

Hosted one collaborative education project between industry and academia under the Ministry of Education, titled Exploring the Virtual Simulation Case Teaching System for College Students' Career Planning and Employment Entrepreneurship;

Hosted one employment and education project for the Ministry of Education's supply and demand docking, titled 'Kaijie Consulting (China) Co., Ltd. Employment Internship Base Project';

Participated in one National Humanities and Social Sciences Fund project titled Research on the Integration of Physical Education Curriculum in Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Schools;

Participated in two special research projects on ideological and political work in schools, Construction of a Peer+Academic Career Integration Development Counseling System and Exploration of the Path to Enhancing the Ideological and Political Research Ability of Education Background Counselors in Science and Engineering;

Published one article on ideological and political education as the first author, titled 'Exploration of Innovative Teaching of Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities in the New Era';

Participated multiple times in writing important documents related to student affairs at the school.

Serving as a teacher of ideological and political courses, responsible for teaching three courses: Situation and Policy, Guidance for College Students' Employment and Entrepreneurship, and Guidance for College Students' Academic Development.
