IntroductionHao Zhai received the B.Sc. degree in mathematics from Tianjin Normal University, the M.Sc. degree in mathematics from Hebei University, and the Ph.D. degree in system engineering from Beihang University,China.His research interests include uncertainty modeling and quantification with application to system reliability analysis,optimization under uncertainty.He has authored or coauthored several articles on international journals including Computer & industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematical Modelling, Information Sciences, Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems.
