IntroductionTao Lu, born in February 1975, is a professor and doctoral supervisor. He is a member of the Heat and Mass Transfer Committee of the Chinese Society of Engineering Thermophysics and an executive director of the Engineering Thermophysics Committee of the Chinese Society of Higher Education. He earned his Ph.D. in Power Mechanics and Engineering from Dalian University of Technology in 2003 and completed his postdoctoral research at the Postdoctoral Station of Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics at Tsinghua University in 2005. Since 2005, he has been teaching and researching at the Beijing University of Chemical Technology. From 2008 to 2009, he served in Qinghai University as part of the 8th batch of doctoral service groups sent by the Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee to Qinghai Province. Later, from 2012 to 2013, he was a visiting scholar at Iowa State University. In addition, he was selected for the Beijing Science and Technology Rising Star Program in 2008 and the Ministry of Education's New Century Talent Support Program in 2013. In recent years, he has led 5 projects and 1 key project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, completed over 40 projects entrusted by various enterprises and institutions, published more than 120 academic papers, and been granted more than 10 patents.
