 陈轲,讲师,硕士生导师,九三学社社员,《塑料工业》杂志青年编委,中塑协专家委员会专家。目前主持工信部XX重大项目子课题,某领域“十四五”专项课题,企业横向合作等在内的20余项国家级和省部级科研项目,以需求为导向开展应用基础研究及工程项目开发等工作。在国际/国内学术期刊上发表论文40余篇,发表SCI论文30余篇,其中一作及通讯作者16篇,申请发明专利20余项,授权7项,获得建筑材料创新奖一等奖、中国发明协会发明创新奖二等奖,中国塑料加工行业优秀科技成果奖等多项奖励。 代表性成果如下: (1)基于移动多孔介质连续渗流机理研究,开发连续纤维增强尼龙6复合材料反应成型技术及装备,突破高纤维含量热塑性复合材料难以连续制备的技术难题,开发具有阻燃、抗静电等功能的高性能连续纤维增强尼龙6复合材料拉挤型材,以达到“以塑代钢”的目的,并致力于推动该绿色复合材料工业化应用,为实现我国碳达峰碳中和战略贡献力量,正在与合作企业开展产业化工作,该部分成果获2022年中国发明协会发明创新二等奖。 (2)基于微尺度微流体剪切及混合机理,开展多相流剪切微球及微胶囊成型技术研究,深入研究微球成型机理,形成多尺度微球稳定成型方法,规模化微球制备技术,制备微球尺度20-3000 μm,CV<5%。主持伊利集团与化工大学首个合作科研项目,该部分研究成果获得内蒙古卫视新闻报道。 指导学生竞赛奖励: 2023年北京市工程实践与创新大赛二等奖 ;2024年第三届SAMPE纤维增强热塑性复合材料增材制造国际学生竞赛优秀奖;2024年第六届全国高校计算机能力挑战赛全国三等奖,华北赛区本研组一等奖,二等奖,三等奖;2024年第一届“英蓝杯”大学生机械创新创意大赛数字化创新设计赛道特等奖;2024 年北京市大学生工程实践与创新能力大赛特等奖。

								  研究领域  
 研究领域涉及机械工程、高分子材料、计算流体力学和人工智能等学科交叉,针对高分子复合材料制造过程涉及到的多组分多相流反应混合及剪切机理开展基础研究,以此为理论支撑,开发高分子复合材料反应成型技术及成套装备,以此形成先进复合材料智能制造特色研究方向。主要方向为: (1)多相流微流控成型技术 (2)高分子复合材料反应成型技术 (3)含能材料加工及数字孪生工艺模型
