Research
We conducted research to address the bottlenecks in the biosensors and liquid biopsy fields, including sensitivity, detection time, and detection cost. (1) Our team proposed and explored strategies such as single-molecule DNA dynamic hybridization molecular probes, significantly reducing the sample-to-answer time and background for single-molecule detection. This enables fast, non-amplification, and highly sensitive detection of various biomarkers, including nucleic acids, proteins, and small molecules. (2) We conducted in-depth research on the kinetics of DNA dynamic reaction networks and build a multi-detection system based on time-resolved signals. They make outstanding progress in the multiple, rapid, and low-cost detection of pathogenic nucleic acids.
