个人简介

刘云,博士,教授、博士生导师2004年获江南大学食品科学专业博士学位,2012年调入北京化工大学工作。20112013年公派前往美国访学。2022-2024年为贵州省省级科技特派员,主要从事绿色生物催化和未来健康食品方面的科研与教学工作。作为项目主持人,承担了国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划项目子课题、北京市自然科学基金面上项目,以及企业委托项目等十余项。在Appl. Catal. B: Environ., Green Chem., JAFC等期刊上发表科研论文70余篇;授权国家发明专利4项;主编专著3部;培养硕博士生20余名;获湖南农业科学院自然科学奖一等奖1、中国商业联合会科技进步一等奖1项和中国循环经济协会科学技术奖三等奖1
