个人简介

吴扬,博士,教授。本科和硕士均毕业于清华大学,博士毕业于美国亚利桑那州立大学。现研究方向聚焦拓扑量子材料高质量单晶的制备与物性,关键新材料在量子信息处理等领域里的潜在应用,以及基于热电效应的能源转换原理及应用。已取得多项突破和重要的学术成就,公开发表学术论文110余,总引用次数10600余次,H因子为52(ORCID: 0009-0005-0238-1112。有重大贡献的代表作包括Nature Physics 1篇,Nature Material 1篇,Nature Communications 2 篇,National Science Review1篇,Matter1篇等等,共授权专利30项,其中国内24项,美国专利6项。合著章节一部。获批国家级科研项目9项。曾获国际衍射数据中心(ICDD)的Ludo Frevel Scholarship 和 北京市自然科学一等奖 (排名第六)。
