个人简介
万晓耕目前为北京化工大学数理学院数学部讲师,2010年本科毕业于北京科技大学数学力学系信息与计算科学专业,2012年硕士毕业于英国杜伦大学(Durham University)数学系,获得杜伦大学优秀硕士学位(MSc awarded with Distinction Honor,微分几何方向),2015年博士毕业于英国伦敦帝国理工学院(Imperial College London)数学系(复杂网络与因果推断方向),并于2015-2017年间在清华大学数学科学系从事博士后研究(生物复杂网络、生物信息方向)。 万晓耕老师主要从事线性代数、概率论与数理统计、科技英语、研究生学术英语读写、复杂网络与因果推断等课程的教学,曾主持化工与线性代数交叉融合教改项目1项;参与数学建模竞赛的培训、统计建模竞赛的评阅,曾指导学生参加美国大学生数学建模竞赛获得F奖(特等奖提名)、一等奖、二等奖,以及亚太杯数学建模竞赛一等奖;本人曾获本科毕业设计优秀指导教师称号,指导多名本科生毕业设计获得校级优秀,指导1名本科生以第一作者发表中文核心论文1篇。 万晓耕老师主要从事时间序列因果算法、深度因果算法与因果大模型、因果博弈、生物复杂网络、几何深度学习、拓扑数据分析、几何拓扑表示学习、生物分子几何拓扑结构建模、生物信息、人工智能算法等研究,也涉及因果几何、信息几何、医学图像、整合信息分解、因果涌现、网络拓扑、互信息估计、复杂系统等相关方向的研究。本人主持中央高校基本科研业务费项目1项(生物分子几何建模研究),参与国家重点研发计划项目1项,以第一作者及通讯作者发表SCI、EI及核心学术论著十余篇,其中包括参与撰写复杂性科学与生物信息领域英文专著两部:《Edward Elgar Handbook of Complexity Sciences》(Edward Elgar Publishing, UK)与《Bioinformatics--Recent Advances》(IntechOpen Publishing, UK;本人独立撰写该书的章节);参加国内国际学术会议10余次,并在多个国际学术会议上做过会议报告与墙报展示。 万晓耕老师担任Computational Biology and Bioinformatics期刊审稿人,以及2025第二届信息处理与智能感知高峰论坛--知识处理与表示专题的专题委员;曾受PLOS ONE、BMC Bioinformatics、EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing、International Journal of Biomathematics、International Journal of Data Science and Analytics、Pattern Analysis and Applications(Springer Nature)等SCI期刊、Qieos学术平台,以及International Symposium on Automation, Information and Computing学术会议邀请作审稿人。 万晓耕老师主要关注时间序列因果算法、深度因果算法与因果大模型、因果博弈、生物复杂网络、生物信息、几何深度学习、拓扑数据分析、几何拓扑表征、网络拓扑及人工智能算法,对基于人工智能算法的因果推断、几何深度学习、拓扑数据分析、几何拓扑表征学习算法以及生物分子结构建模、网络拓扑、因果几何、信息几何等交叉学科研究方向具有强烈的研究兴趣,也涉猎医学图像、整合信息分解、因果涌现、网络拓扑、复杂系统、医学图像等AI for Science交叉研究。 万晓耕老师非常欢迎交叉学科研究合作!
