Introduction

I am currently an Associate Professor of Beijing University of Chemical Technology. I obtained my Ph.D in applied mathematics, supervised by Prof. Li Chen at Tsinghua University in 2013. During 2011-2012, I spent one year at Duke University as a joint doctoral student, supervised by Prof. Jian-Guo Liu. I joined Beijing University of Chemical Technology as an assistant professor of mathematics in 2014, was promoted to associate professor in 2017. I was a visiting scholar at Mannheim University from June 2017 till February 2018, was named Humboldt scholar in 2018. My research interests lie in nonlinear partial differential equations in biomathematics, such as mathematical modeling of chemotaxis and movement and self-organization of cells and bacteria, population growth and evolution, tumor growth and chemotherapy, adaptive evolutions etc. I have published more than 10 papers in CMP, Nonlinearity, JDE etc.
