IntroductionEducationWork ExperienceYu JIN holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. from the Graduate School of Information, Production, and Systems at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan, earned in 2014 and 2010, respectively. Since 2014, she has been a Lecturer and an Assistant Professor at the College of Information Science and Technology at Beijing University of Chemical Technology, where she is also a member of the top scientific and technological innovation team. Her research interests include low-power ASIC design, high-temperature chip design, and MEMS-ASIC co-design. ResearchSeveral areas of research are specialized in. Firstly, focus is on MEMS-ASIC co-design, particularly in the design of readout circuits for devices such as MEMS accelerometers and MEMS clocks. Secondly, research is conducted on in-memory computation based on SRAM. Lastly, interest is in brain-like computation based on resistive memory and its application in image compression. Teaching
