Introduction

I am currently an associate professor in the Computer Science Department at BUCT, working in the visual media group. 

I was born in 1979, Jiangxi province of China. In 1995, I was enrolled in the Computer Science Department at Dalian University of Technology. I recieved the Ph.D degree from the Computer Science Department at Tsinghua University in 2006, under the guidance of Prof. Kaihuai Qin. I visited the Computer Science Department of CUHK as a research assistant in 2005, supervised by Prof. Hanqiu Sun, Before joining BUCT in 2008, I worked for a start-up company as the technology director.

Research

My research interests lie in the fields of computer graphics, computer vision, and AI. In recent years, I have published papers in top AI conferences such as CVPR, ICLR, and ICCV, and my first and corresponding author papers have been cited over 2500 times (as of 2024).

Teaching

I teach 3 courses, Advanced Computer Graphics is for graduate students, Digital Media Computing and Compilation Principle are for undergraduate students
