Introduction

Zhang Hui, Professor, PhD Supervisor, Beijing University of Chemical Technology. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Lanzhou University in 1988 and 1991, respectively. 1991-1995 Taught at Lanzhou University; In 1998, she received her Doctor of Science degree from Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From 1998 to 2000, she was a postdoctoral fellow at the School of Chemical and Molecular Engineering, Peking University. 2000.7- Now working at the State Key Laboratory of Effective Utilization of Chemical Resources, Beijing University of Chemical Technology. She was a visiting scholar at Blaise Pascal University in France from 2002 to 2003.

She mainly engaged in the research of multilevel structured highly dispersed metal-supported nanocatalysts, layered double hydroxides / graphene hybrid nanosheet array materials, supramolecular assembly organic-inorganic nanocatalytic functional materials, new catalysts for selective oxidation/reduction, and hydrogen production by water electrolysis. As a major member, she won the first prize of Beijing Science and Technology (NO.2003 material -1-001-08). She is responsible for over a number of National Natural Science foundations, co-chaired a key project of the National Natural Science Foundation, and undertook two projects of the national 973 Plan as a special person in charge. She has published more than 90 SCI papers in ACS Appl Mater Interfaces, J Catal,  Chem Eng J, J Mater Chem A, Green Chem, AIChE J, and Electrochimica Acta etc.. More than 30 national invention patents have been authorized.

Responsible for the teaching of "Principles of Inorganic Chemistry" and "Basic Chemistry" for undergraduates, and Modern Analysis Methods for Solid Surfaces for postgraduates.
