IntroductionDr. Chang-Gen Lin received his BSs from Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT) in 2010, and completed his PhD under the supervision of Prof. Yu-Fei Song at the same university in 2015. After a two-year postdoc at BAIC-SM, he was appointed lecturer at BUCT. In 2019, he was awarded a CSC scholarship to work with Prof. Leroy Cronin at the University of Glasgow on 3D printing and automated chemical synthesis. One year later he returned to BUCT, where he is now an associate professor of chemistry. His research interests include supramolecular self-assembly, organic-inorganic polyoxometalate hybrids, and photo-/electro-responsive materials. EducationWork ExperienceSocial PositionSocial ActivitiesResearchDr. Chang-Gen Lin has a broad interest in self-assembly and organic-inorganic hybrid materials. His corrent research fields are as follows: 1. Covalent modification and precision synthesis of Polyoxometalates (POMs). 2. Supramolecular self-assembly of POMs and organo-macrocycles towards multifunctional materials. 3. Metal-oxo cluster based cages, polyhedrons, and frameworks such as MOFs, COFs, and SAFs.
