个人简介

   贺宇飞,1988年生人,博士研究生学历,化学学院见习教授,博士生导师。主要从事工业催化领域研究,围绕反应-传质协同的氧化铝基负载型催化剂可控构筑核心问题,提出多功能化和介孔化氧化铝载体和本征反应动力学和传质协同强化的负载型催化剂构筑新思路,作为骨干创制的新一代蒽醌加氢催化剂应用于20万吨过氧化氢工业装置。作为项目负责人承担国家“十四五”重点研发计划青年科学家项目1主持国家自然基金项目2项,主持和参与企业横向课题10余项,入选江苏省双创人才项目计划。在化学化工领域主流刊物上发表论文40余篇,授权发明专利20 件。目前是中国化学会会员,中国化工学会会员,工业催化联盟青年委员,精细化工专业委员会青年委员。

研究领域

围绕“反应-传质协同的氧化铝基工业催化剂可控构筑”核心问题,以蒽醌加氢制过氧化氢为目标反应,提出氧化铝多功能化和孔结构有序化的研究思路,通过氧化铝载体及制备技术创新,解决反应和传质的基础问题:(1)通过诱导氧化铝晶体结构畸变可控构筑具有活性氢转移功能的氧化铝提出利用多功能化载体解耦金属位点竞争吸附新策略,提升本征速率2可控制备孔道连通的高强度大孔球形氧化铝,构建交联聚合导向的连通介孔控制新途径,突破孔内扩散限制3以多功能大孔氧化铝为平台,设计新型反应-传质协同强化工业催化剂,发展基于配位络合的规模化制备技术,等效放大催化剂完成千克级模试考核,应用20 t/a醌加氢工业装置,破解增效降耗核心问题。拟构建新型固定-流化反应床层以发展过程强化新技术,通过解决新床层中限域流化下三相传递与反应速率匹配问题,最大程度发挥催化剂潜能。
