IntroductionSun Baochang, Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and Technology from Beijing University of Chemical Technology , is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in the College of Chemical Engineering. He is also a national-level young talent. He is a Guest Editor of Applied Science and a member of the Youth Committee of the Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China.His main research focuses on the fundamental and applied studies of "HiGee (high gravity) + other physical fields", catalytic material preparation, organic synthesis, and related fields. Up to now, he has led 4 National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, 3 projects/sub-projects of National Key Research, 1 international cooperation project, and multiple industrial projects. He has published over 170 academic papers in renowned journals such as AIChE J.,Chem. Eng. Sci.,Ind. Eng. Chem. Res.,Chem. Eng. J.,Fuel and so on. He has co-authored 1 textbook and participated in compiling 2 monographs, and have applied for and been granted over 100 invention patents.
