个人简介

        本人2018 年入选国家海外高层次人才计划,致力于有机太阳能电池界面调控的研究。在新型界面分子材料的设计与合成、形貌表征、界面修饰性能以及光伏器件界面工程研究方面取得了一系列创新性的研究成果,解决了光伏电池中由于半导体和电极接触界面能级不匹配而产生能量损失的难题,推动了有机聚合物太阳能电池的产业化及其在清洁能源领域的应用。本人在Science等高水平学术期刊发表多篇研究论文,研究成果受到国际同行高度关注,文章多次入选期刊very important paper, 相关工作被国际科技媒体Science DailyTech the Day等报道。

在学生培养方面,本人入选北京化工大学优秀硕士和优秀博士学位论文指导教师称号;通过积极贯彻落实党的教育方针,本人已培养了一批优秀本科生和研究生。其中三名研究生荣获国家奖学金;一名研究生和三名本科生入选北京市优秀毕业生;四名研究生获得北京化工大学优秀博士、硕士学位论文;指导多名本科生参加 “大创 “萌芽杯竞赛项目,并获得校级、院级奖项。

在党建和公益服务方面,本人入选高精尖中心 “党建思政工作突出贡献奖 “公益服务突出贡献奖 “机关分工会工作积极分子。带领高精尖第一党支部入选2023年度样板党支部、红色 “1+1” 共建活动校级优秀奖和研究生党建 “双创引领计划培育成果展示二等奖。
