IntroductionHuimiao ZHAO, Professor, the Executive Director of the Research Institute of Law and Intellectual Property at Beijing University of Chemical Technology, PhD (HKU), She serves as a council member of the Beijing Law Society’s Bankruptcy Law Research Association, a researcher at the Bankruptcy Law and Corporate Reorganization Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law, and a judicial business expert for the Beijing Equity Exchange. Her primary research areas include economic law, data law, and administrative law. Dr. Zhao has published a monograph in English with Cambridge University Press and has authored multiple papers in internationally renowned journals indexed by SCI and SSCI, such as the American Bankruptcy Law Journal, Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology, and the Hong Kong Law Journal. She has also published some papers in journals indexed by CSSCI and on some influential newspapers.
