Research

Representative scientific research results: Presided over the Beijing Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project Research on Copyright Implied License System. Participated in the subject of the Ministry of Science and Technology Research on the Intellectual Property Protection Mechanism in the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements, and the subject of the State Intellectual Property Office Research on the Consistency of Interpretation of Patent Claims. Monograph: Economic Analysis of Civil Remedies for Patent Infringement, participated in the compilation of two textbooks. He has published more than 20 academic papers in core journals, and published many theoretical articles in newspapers such as Legal Daily and People’s Court.
