Pei Yazhou, Full Professor in civil and commercial law; Doctor of law; Master’s Supervisor in civil and commercial law;

Executive Director of the Center for Juris Master’s Education; Part-time lawyer.


Educational Background and Visiting Experience:

Doctor of business law, the Law School of Tsinghua University; Master of Civil Law and Bachelor of Law, China University of Political Science and Law;

A visiting scholar to Fordham Law School in 2013 to 2014, sponsored by China Scholarship Council of the Department of Education.


Working Experience:

Full-time teacher of the School of Law and Humanities in Beijing University of Chemical Technology since 1998.  


Part-time Academic Job:

Council member of China Society of Comparative Law; Council member of China Society of Insurance Law; Council member of China Society of Network and Information law.

Main participant: A study on the legal problems of the government-subsidized housing system in China(a project supported by Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities in 2011).
