IntroductionGong Xiaochen, ph.D. is a lecturer at the College of Humanities and Law, Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Her main research interests include Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy, and environmental policy analysis. She has published over ten pieces of articles on peer-reviewed SSCI/CSSCI journals, such as Social Indicators Research, Nonprofit Management & Leadership, Public Administration and Policy Review (in Chinese). She received research grants from the National Social Science Fund of China. Her doctoral thesis was awarded excellent doctoral thesis by Nankai University.
