IntroductionDi Xiaoyan, graduated from the School of Economics at Peking University with a PhD in 2006; From 2009 to 2012, engaged in postdoctoral research at Chinese Academy of Science and Technology for Development and Nankai University. She has been working in the Department of Public Administration at the School of Humanities and Law, Beijing University of Chemical Technology since 2012. As a visiting scholar, she visited Hohenheim University in 2014. In recent years, She has been engaged in research on science and technology policies, technology transfer, and industrial technology innovation. In recent years, as the first author or corresponding contact author, she published multiple academic papers in top journals in the field of public policy, which have been widely recognized by peers. Participated in the compilation of 10 works; One monograph; Translated three classic works as the lead author. She has presided over and undertaken more than 10 research projects, which funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Zhongguancun Management Committee, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the National Soft Science Research Program, the major scientific and technological consulting projects of academicians of the CAE Member, the Beijing Municipal Social Science Planning Office, and the China National Intellectual Property Administration. She has been engaged in teaching work for many years and has undertaken multiple teaching tasks, including public management, public economics, macroeconomics, public policy analysis, and comparative research on science and technology policies. She got praise and love from both undergraduate and graduate students. She was an outstanding class adviser at Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 2021. She was awarded the title of Excellent Guidance Teacher for directing two undergraduate students finishing the Excellent Graduation Thesis in Beijing in 2022. As a member of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology Policy Research and Deputy Secretary General of the Technical Innovation Professional Committee, responsible for the execution of various activities of the Technical Innovation Professional Committee, member contacts, and organizing academic conferences and forums .
