Introduction
She has received bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees from Beijing Jiaotong University. She mainly engages in research on policies related to education, science and technologyand ecology. She is also a member of the China Law Society's Environmental Resource Law Research Institute, the Beijing Law Society's Environmental Resource Law Research Institute, the Secretary-General of the Science and Technology Culture and Science and Technology Ethics Governance Professional Committee of the Beijing Natural Dialect Research Association, a member of the Youth Researchers' Union of the Beijing Natural Dialect Research Association, and an expert of the Beijing Science and Technology Association's Science and Technology Society and Public Policy Think Tank.
