Research on advanced electronic packaging materials: With reactive cage silsesquioxane as the core, hybridize with epoxy resin-cyanate resin to prepare low dielectric, high heat resistance, high hydrophobic advanced electronic packaging substrate hybrid resin and its reinforced composite material.
