Introduction

Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Economics and Management, Beijing University of Chemical Technology. My research focuses on Entrepreneurship and Innovation, including entrepreneurial finance, inclusive (pyramid bottom group/BOP) entrepreneurship, digital entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, and farmer entrepreneurship.

 

Hosted multiple national and provincial-level projects, including the National Social Science Fund of China, High-level Foreign Expert Introduction Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology,  Fellowship of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities. Published multiple papers in top international journals such as Technology in Society, Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions and Money, and won the Best Paper award at the 2019 Annual Meeting of Management (AOM) in the United States. Served as a reviewer for journals such as the Academy of Management Proceedings and the Journal of International Finance and Economics.
