Introduction

Zhang He-Da received her Ph.D degree from Jilin University. She presently serves as an Associate Professor of Department of Business Administration at Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Her research interests include individual behavior, leadership style, errors and trust issues in organizations.

Zhang He-Da presently serves as an Associate Professor of Department of Business Administration at Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Her research interests include individual behavior, leadership style, errors and trust issues in organizations. She has published several articles in Information Science, Journal of Intelligence, Inquiry Info Economic Issues, Social Science Front, Enterprise Economy, and Journal of Loss Prevention in the Process Industries.
