  • Led the Central University of Finance and Economics Business School's doctoral key research topic: How to Enhance Employees’ Informal Learning? The Synergistic Role of ‘Institution’ and ‘Leadership’. As the project leader, responsible for writing the application report, presenting the application, and promoting the subsequent research.

  • Participated in the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) General Project: Heartfelt Agreement or Surface Harmony: Formation and Effects of Human Resource Attribution (Grant No. 72172170). As a project participant, involved in writing the project proposal and drafting and publishing articles.

  • Participated in the sub-project of the National Social Science Foundation Major Project: Regional Layout Strategy for the Construction of Major Talent Centers in China (Main project: Research on the New Era Talent Power Strategy Aiming to Build a Major World Talent Center No. 22ZDA038). As a project participant, contributed to writing the project proposal, conducting corporate surveys, and participating in industry seminars.
