  My current job position is as a teaching assistant in the Experimental Center of the School of Economics and Management (non permanent). My main responsibilities include academic management, experimental course teaching, guiding subject competitions, participating in scientific research and education reform, as well as the construction and management of the experimental center. In my daily work process, I am able to consciously abide by the Ten Code of Professional Conduct for Teachers at Beijing University of Chemical Technology in the New Era, provide high-quality services for undergraduate talent cultivation, and actively, conscientiously, and rigorously complete job duties.

  Over the past eight years, we have successfully completed a series of teaching management tasks for academic affairs officers at the Changping Campus of the School of Economics and Management. Each academic year, we undertake teaching tasks for four experimental courses in three majors, including International Trade, Business Administration, and Second Degree. We have completed 96 class hours per academic year, covering more than 700 students, and have received excellent feedback on course teaching evaluations. I actively participate in the construction of off campus internship bases, and in recent years, a total of 4 new professional internship bases have been built, guiding more than 300 students to study at these bases.

  In order to promote the management of teaching at the college level, I participated in the formulation of college level teaching management documents and interdisciplinary innovation talent training plans. I wrote and released multiple guiding documents, including the College level Undergraduate Transfer Plan, College level Category Diversion Plan, College level Undergraduate Internship Practice Management Regulations, College level Laboratory Use Management Regulations, College level Interdisciplinary Innovation Talent Training Manual, and Interdisciplinary Innovation Talent Training Mentor Guide. I fully utilized the spirit of teamwork and actively participated in the organization and guidance of college student subject competitions. The innovation and entrepreneurship training programs I guided completed a total of 170 projects, of which 15 were recommended as national level projects; Participated in the organization of multiple academic competitions and received unanimous praise from the organizers and team members.

  In recent years, as a guiding teacher, I have guided more than 500 students/35 teams to participate in various indicator subject competitions organized by the Ministry of Education. I have won 2 national level first prizes, 3 provincial and ministerial level special prizes, 4 first prizes, and 6 second prizes, with a total of 240 awards. I have also been awarded the Excellent Guidance Teacher and Excellent Organization Award.

  In terms of academic research and educational reform, participated in the video recording of courseware for the national first-class undergraduate courses in Construction Management (online and offline), and the recorded courseware was broadcasted on the MOOC website of Chinese universities, with more than 26000 course selections; In addition, he has published 2 academic papers and participated in 6 Beijing level education reform projects and 4 school enterprise cooperation research projects.

  In terms of the construction and management of the experimental center. Successfully completed the comprehensive cabling construction and overall relocation of over 1400 square meters of 11 professional classrooms in the college level experimental center. Conduct a detailed inventory of over 12000 sets of experimental teaching assets, store relevant materials, and collaborate with professional leaders to apply for the construction of accounting virtual simulation laboratories and big data application laboratories, striving to enhance the characteristics of the experimental center's education. In addition, I actively participated in vocational skills training for school level management personnel, national ideological and political teaching ability training for university teachers, and laboratory safety training for the Ministry of Education, and obtained corresponding certificates.

  In addition to completing the above-mentioned tasks, as a member of the inspection team, I participated in the sixth round of inspection work of the Beijing University of Chemical Technology Committee of the Communist Party of China; Actively participate in union activities and undergraduate enrollment promotion work. In the past eight years, he has won the honorary titles of exemplary individual in 2018 undergraduate teaching evaluation and the first prize of exemplary individual in 2023 school level enrollment. In addition, more than 900 students were guided to carry out practical activities at the labor education base in Changping Campus during their spare time.
