• Education background: Bachelor of Management, Xiamen University, Master of Human Resources Management, Renmin University of China, PhD.


Work experience: I have worked in the human resources system of COFCO Group for many years and have served as a deputy department level cadre. I have in-depth practical experience in the construction of a group oriented human resources system.


• Social service experience: long-term management consulting and training work for enterprises, including traditional enterprises and Internet companies such as Bank of China, China Telecom, CAAC, China Machine Group, China Design Group, People's Bank of China, State Grid, PetroChina, Hanergy Film, South China Real Estate, Beijing Chengjian, Aimu Group, Womai Network, etc., with rich experience in organizational change, organizational structure design, salary management, performance management, talent development, corporate culture construction, etc.
