Introduction

Executive Director of the Diagnostic Engineering Committee of the China Equipment Management Association,Director of the Fault Diagnosis Professional Committee of the China Vibration Engineering Society, Director of the Health and Monitoring Professional Committee of the China Instrumentation Society, and Expert Reviewer of the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Science and Technology Progress Award. My research focuses on the monitoring and fault diagnosis of mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as vibration suppression and safety assurance technology. Hosted over 10 national and provincial-level projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation, over 50 enterprise projects, published over 100 papers, independently published 10 monographs on Practical Techniques for Mechanical Equipment Fault Diagnosis and Practical Techniques for Mechanical Equipment Fault Diagnosis Series, and won 9 first prizes in the Excellent Publication Award (Book Award) of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry. Multiple lectures and project collaborations have been conducted for dozens of large state-owned enterprises, including Sinopec, PetroChina, Tianshan Group, Jinchuan Group, Harbin Petrochemical, FAW Car, Liaoyang Petrochemical, Datang Duolun Coal Chemical, Qilu Petrochemical, Yanshan Petrochemical, Tianjin Petrochemical, Lanzhou Petrochemical, Wuhan Iron and Steel Company, Shengli Oilfield, Zhongyuan Oilfield, and Dagang Oilfield. We have solved equipment failure problems for enterprises more than 30 times, including key dynamic equipment such as large centrifugal compressor units, reciprocating compressor units, fans, and hot oil pumps, as well as static equipment such as cyclone separators and pipelines, fundamentally eliminating long-term equipment safety hazards that have plagued enterprises. We have achieved unique technological achievements in the development of status monitoring and intelligent diagnostic systems for electromechanical equipment, vibration reduction technology for reciprocating machinery and pipelines, safety evaluation and life assessment technology for pressure vessels, etc.
