He is a member of the National Key Laboratory of High-end Compressor and System Technology, the first batch of outstanding commissioners of the Beijing Science and Technology Association 's Thousands of People into Thousands of Enterprises special action, the director of the office of the Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Chemical Safety, the secretary of the Chemical Industry Special Seal Standardization Technical Committee, and the excellent teacher of Beijing University of Chemical Technology.He is mainly engaged in the research of advanced rotary seal and vibration reduction technology of high-end equipment, undertakes or participates in a number of national and provincial scientific research projects, and has achieved a series of research results in vibration and noise reduction and sealing friction reduction and life extension technology of marine power transmission device, light aviation power vibration reduction and sealing technology. It is being promoted and applied to user units, and more than 40 papers have been published in high-level SCI / EI, and 5 invention patents have been authorized. He led the team to participate in the process equipment practice and innovation competition of the 2022 China College Students ' Mechanical Engineering Innovation and Creative Competition, and won the first national prize of the undergraduate group.
