Introduction

He Lidong, professor and doctoral supervisor.  He is mainly engaged in technical research on vibration and noise reduction technology and sealing technology of high-end equipment. He has undertaken and participated in a number of research projects such as the national high tech research and development plan (863 plan) ,the national key research and development plan (973 Plan)the national major science and technology special project, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China and enterprise/entrusted projects. He has published more than 100 papers, obtained more than 10 national patents, and published one monograph funded by the national science and technology academic works publishing fund.

Research

He Lidong, professor and doctoral supervisor.  He is mainly engaged in technical research on vibration and noise reduction technology and sealing technology of high-end equipment. He has undertaken and participated in a number of research projects such as the national high tech research and development plan (863 plan) ,the national key research and development plan (973 Plan)the national major science and technology special project, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China and enterprise/entrusted projects. He has published more than 100 papers, obtained more than 10 national patents, and published one monograph funded by the national science and technology academic works publishing fund.

Research achievements in recent years:

1. A new type of integral squeeze film damping device, which was applied to an aircraft through flight test, and the vibration reduction was more than 50%.

2. A new type of damping technology reduced the vibration and noise of gear transmission system by 5 dB.

3. A new type of seals, reduced the leakage by 30% and ensure stable operation.

4. Laser weight removal dynamic balance technology, significantly improved the dynamic balance efficiency of a certain type of turbopump.

5. A new type of active damping technology, achieved broadband vibration reduction and improved the machining accuracy and efficiency of large thin-walled parts.

6. Surge solving measures for gas turbine fault, which effectively solved the problem of multiple blades bending faults in thermal power plant.

7.The honeycomb viscous damper, applied to the equipment of many chemical enterprises, and the maximum vibration amplitude was reduced by 80%.

8. Seals of gas turbine, steam turbine and other equipment, eliminated potential safety hazards.
