主要研究成果

在国内外学术期刊发表论文60余篇,论文获得了第十八届冯新德高分子奖(The 18th FengXinde Polymer Prize) 最佳文章提名奖。授权国家发明专利10项。

在橡胶分子链(SSBRBRNR)中引入官能基团,提高白炭黑与橡胶之间的界面相互作用和调节在两相中的分布,开发出具有低滚阻、高抗湿滑和耐磨的胎面胶。研究内容已发表在Composites: Part A, Reactive and Functional Polymers, Industrial & Engineering Chemistry ResearchPolymerPolymer Composites等,申请专利13项。

制备的复合介电弹性体,在低电场下具有优异的电致形变能力,并且在材料损伤后完全愈合,仍具有良好的电致形变性能,研究内容已发表在Chemical Engineering JournalComposites: Part A, Macromolecular Rapid Communication等,授权专利2项。

制备的自愈合超分子弹性体在室温表现为橡胶态,可实现100%的愈合,且无细胞毒性,具有作为生物医用材料的应用价值,研究内容已发表Macromolecular Rapid CommunicationMacromolecular chemistry and Physics等。

将石墨烯三维组装制备出层积石墨烯和球状石墨烯的新型电极材料,将其应用于电化学具有优异的电化学性能,研究内容已发表在Journal of Power SourceCarbonJournal of materials science等,授权专利2项。

通过炭黑表面改性,制备高分散水性炭黑,产品已在市场上销售,可替代国外高端水性炭黑,主要应用在高档汽车面漆及各种环保水性涂料等领域。第一完成人,通过了中国石油和化学工业联合会组织的科技成果鉴定(石化联鉴字[2023]165号)。
