IntroductionDr. Jia is Special Level 1 Professor/Doctoral Supervisor at Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Head of the Department of Composite Materials, Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Carbon Fiber and Functional Polymers of the Ministry of Education. He was selected for important talent projects such as the National High level Talent Plan, National High level Youth Talent Plan, and University Youth Talent Plan in Beijing city. He has won 7 scientific and technological awards such as the Science and Technology Progress First Prize, as well as individual academic awards such as the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation Youth Science and Technology Outstanding Contribution Award, China Inventor Award, China Industry University Research Cooperation Innovation Award, and China Composite Materials Society Youth Award. In recent years, he has undertaken/completed nearly 30 national and provincial key scientific research projects, including, key R&D projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, National Natural Science Foundation projects, and international cooperation projects, as well as 3 appraisal projects.
