个人简介

王聪博士始终坚持围绕后摩尔时代半导体和微电子研究中的前沿研究方向,以解决相关基础问题为目标,深入探究后摩尔时代半导体和微电子发展的关键科学问题,主要包括:以应变工程诱导半导体量子光源等为代表的后摩尔时代新型半导体光电子器件;以非线性霍尔效应为代表的后摩尔时代新型半导体量子器件; 以柔性晶体管、柔性光电探测器、柔性传感器等为代表的后摩尔时代柔性电子/光电子器件;以人工类脑忆阻器等为代表的后摩尔时代新原理器件等后摩尔时代半导体和微电子前沿物理。以第一作者、共同第一作者及共同通讯作者身份在 Nature Communcations, Advanced Materials, Matter, National Science Reiview(《国家科学评论》, NSR), Nano Letters, Laser & Photonics Reviews,Nano Taday, Nano Research, Applied Physics Letters, SCIENCE CHINA Information Sciences《中国科学:信息科学(英文版)》, Nanoscale, ACS applied materials & interfaces, 2D Materials, Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics,Frontiers of Physics,Optics Express等重要刊物上发表论文共32篇,申请专利两项。作为研究骨干参与了具有国内自主产权的新一代激光直写光刻机设备的研发(国家重点研发计划),目前该国内自主研发的激光直写光刻机已经实现产业化,为科研和产业助力;主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目《二维半导体有序褶皱应变结构的可控构筑及其单光源阵列研究》,安徽华东光电技术研究所有限公司特种显示与成像技术安徽省技术创新中心开放课题,北京大学人工微结构和介观物理国家重点实验室开放课题,浙江大学量子技术与器件浙江省重点实验室开放课题等项目。

研究领域

随着各种复杂结构的微纳米器件不断涌现,传统的加工方法已经显出不足,引发了对各种新型微纳加工技术及其应用的探索热情另一方面,纳米材料的调控对其性能的提高无疑是重要的。王聪博士的研究主要基于课题组自主研发的新原理激光直写(1.突破了衍射极限的限制,实现了纳米尺度加工;2.打破了受体材料仅能使用有机光刻胶的限制,实现了在各种材料上的激光直写,极大地拓展了激光直写的应用范围),聚焦于激光与物质的相互作用,探究激光诱导应变在大面积、多维度、高精度和跨尺度的纳米结构与器件上的可控加工新方法和新技术,以实现新型信息功能纳米半导体器件(包括但不限于1.半导体反常霍尔效应器件;2.新型忆阻器;3.二维半导体光电信息器件;4.二维半导体褶皱应变单光子源阵列器件;5.应变传感器:6.铁电器件)的构筑。
