IntroductionZhao Ying, male, born in September 1966, graduated from Tianjin University with a major in computer science and engineering, and obtained a doctorate degree in control theory and control engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 2004. He used to be the director of the Information Center and the deputy director of the library of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Information Science and Technology. 2002-2003, Senior Visiting Scholar, Deakin University, Australia. He has presided over scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the key scientific research projects of the Ministry of Education, and the Beijing Key R&D Program, and participated in a number of national 973 key R&D programs and national science and technology support programs. He is a senior member of the Computer Society，member of IEEE, and a member of the Service Computing Professional Committee of the Computer Federation.
