Fengyuan Zhang, Ph.D., Professor, and Master's Supervisor. A university-level teaching master at Beijing University of Chemical Technology, expert in undergraduate teaching assessment for regular universities (2017-2020), communications review expert at the Ministry of Education's Degree Center, and an executive director of the New Business School Committee of the National Alliance for Innovation in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data in Higher Education Institutions (2019-2022). Graduated in 2004 from the School of Electronic and Information Engineering at Beihang University with a Ph.D. in Engineering. Joined Beijing University of Chemical Technology in November 2004 and served as Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office, engaging in teaching management for over ten years, while also involved in teaching and research at the School of Information Science and Technology. Major research areas include information processing, cryptography, and information security. Participated in multiple National Natural Science Foundation projects, received a Third Prize in Science and Technology from Beijing (2005), and published over 40 research papers. Authored the graduate textbook Information Transmission and Orthogonal Functions (2008, National Defense Industry Press) and the undergraduate textbook Signals and Systems (2023, Chemical Industry Press). Teaches core professional courses Signals and Systems and Digital Signal Processing.
