Introduction

He received his bachelor's degree from Northwestern Polytechnical University, and received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Microelectronics (School of Integrated Circuits) of Peking University. He has been worked in the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS), as an associate professor and was a member of the Young Talents Promotion Association CAS as well as a professor of the University of CAS.

He entered the School of Information Science of Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 2021. He has been engaged in the cutting-edge research of micro-nano technology for a long time, and his research achievements in artificial intelligence microsystems, MEMS devices, integrated circuit chips, quantum devices and other aspects have attracted industry attention.

His main research interests include: artificial intelligence and micro-nano MEMS systems, ASIC, nano-bionic devices and quantum device. His research focus on multidisciplinary field of electronic system.
