Introduction
Fei Ma received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electronic and information engineering from the Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2013, 2016, and 2020 respectively. From 2017 to 2018, he was a Research Fellow with Department of Electrical Engineering, McGill University, Montreal, Canada. He is currently an associate professor at the College of Information Science and Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Beijing, China. His research interests include synthetic aperture radar (SAR) image processing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and target detection.
