Introduction

Ran Huang received the B.S. degree from School of Science in 2008, and Ph.D. degree from School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering, Beihang University (BUAA), Beijing, China, in 2013. Currently, he is an associate professor with College of Information Science and Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT). In 2011, he was a Research Engineer of the Social Robotics Laboratory, Interactive Digital Media Institute, National University of Singapore, Singapore. From December 2018 to November 2019, he was an academic visitor with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, The University of Manchester. His main research interests include robots, distributed control, and adaptive control design and its applications.
